Just seen the Parking Appeal on Parking Cowboys, £16. Seems a great idea.Illegitimi non carborundum:)0

I think it's a really good service that should be offered on the board. I'm not lazy, stupid or loaded but I'm happy to pay them £16 to make this headache go away for me. Not everybody finds this sort of thing easy, so to have the peace of mind of support from someone who knows what they're doing is worth a lot.0

Is the one that pranky has just blogged a different one? as far as I was aware, KIFL was not a parking company, or has he got some early competition? We’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours. Jeez, the poacher turned gamekeeper (when he's not out poaching!). Must be the epitome of PPC-world hypocrisy. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm finding it difficult to believe MSE are allowing someone to actively promote their business on the forum, even registered business representatives are not allowed to do that. Perhaps concerns would be settled all round if a forum team member posted their agreement/ approval on the board?0

I'm not sure there is much 'active promotion' by the offerers of the service. The main 'promotion' has been provided by this thread which was started by a poster who seemingly had more concerns than not about the venture.

A quick scan of their posts would suggest otherwise - there are several 'I've sent you a PM' type posts and others stating what they can offer the poster0 -

I can't say that I didn't have concerns about the idea, but I do not think it is a bad idea, and the fact that it is being run by 2 of the more experienced posters will mean that it should be a success. My major concern was whether or not posters would be put off by being sold to or pressured into signing up for it.0
