UU the pomegranate shower gel- half a bottle of it in DS (7) bath gave him a bubble mountain! He was very happy in his bubble mountain having a candle lit bedtime story in the bath (he has joint hyper mobility syndrome so warm baths are very soothing and winds him down).
Ladies- consensus of opinion please. Free cosmetics on magazines can't count as buying surely? After all I'm only paying for the magazine not the cosmetics surely...
I count them as In's but with significantly less guilt than if I'd bought it aloneI don't buy magazines very often though so more likely that I'd bought it for the cosmetics and considered it a free magazine!

I only buy the magazines for the freebie- so I guess it's a low guilt in then!0

Really I prefer elf to mua I think. I love their blush stick and concealer powder for the money and I don't have a palette but I had a single eye shadow which I can't find (very annoying) and that was nearly as nice as the higher end stuff I have tried.
Maybe the singles are better than the palettes.0 -
My sig. advocates not hanging on to good things, but I've bought an Aldi roll - on anti-persp for the princely sum of 59p so that I can put my 2/3rds empty Mitchum one to one side for my holiday next month.
I always get the Mitchum roll ons when they are £1 in Savers or Wilko's but I didn't see them at this price the other day, so thought I'd give the Aldi one a go. Extreme MS, yes, but it all helps. Hopefully. Reviews seem to suggest the Aldi deos are good but they take a while to dry.
So does Mitchum. I tend to put this on first, then do body lotion, feet lotion and facial stuff before putting any clothes on my top half.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I really don't like aldi deo. I always get Nivea roll ones but get tons when they are on offer at £1 and also soap and glory spray but always get that as part of a gift set or on 3 for 20

Oh well, for 59p it was worth a try - haven't tried it yet.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... Some more UU but I sense this month is going to be a slow slog:
Blanx toothpaste sample size - WNBA did the job but nothing spectacular to justify the price.
Lush bath bomb - unsure which one (1 should get them labelled) - wasnt keen on the fragrance so probably WNBA
Kleenex facial cloths - first from the PP list. WNBA the cotton wool feel made me wither. They havent taken that long to use so I dont know why I just didnt grin and bare it 6 months ago rather than stashing them.
I dont include polish in the stash but have some lovely new pretties courtesy of the A England recent offer. No more buying toiletries0 -
I can see why people don't like They're Real but I personally love it. I wipe a lot of the excess product off the wand and then apply quite lightly.
I also like the MUA naked dupe palettes although I do own the naked palettes also. Keep looking at the Lorac Pro palette and Smashbox full exposure one but I am not going to buy either of them - I have enough eyeshadow to last me a life time.
Kadison I bought a few of those Elf palettes in the sale. Not tried them yet. Might swatch them this week to see whether I want to keep them or not.
I was in Boots at the weekend and couldn't believe it when I saw 2 very young girls (probably 8-10 years old) looking at make up and talking about there not being any pigment in an eyeshadow! I could tell that they were fans of reading beauty blogs! I remember when I used to buy eyeshadow based on what it just looked like in the pan - I didn't have a clue what pigment or a swatch was :rotfl:0
