    Update - checked this morning and the tracking info now has added 'received at hub' so they are on their way.

    Yes, I have done that - soaked them in water for a few hours and planted them out. Hopefully they'll take root, else I am replacing them next year!

    Apparently my potted plants are out for delivery today.The tress and shrubs are still awaiting despatch

    Now just to wait fir the trees and shrubs.

    I'm looking forward to doing ds Japanese garden now :D

    give them a few weeks if no growth complain they are good at replacing plants in my experience

    I ordered 3 pots, plus shrubs and trees. The pots arrived today in a large box, with no packing inside the box. Two are good, but one has snapped off at the pot, and I'm left with a pot and a stick. Hope I fare better with the shrubs and trees :)

    The tree I received a few weeks ago that was damaged in transit they said to keep and see if it grows, but they will send another one anyway.

    my order has now gone to complete not sure if this means there out for delivery or have been delivered, did anyone get a tracking number on their order.

    My trees arrived this morning, in a large thick poly bag. Delivery driver commented that someone had sent me 4 large sticks. Going to soak them now.
