Just checked again and it's saying two of my plants (the potted ones) have been shipped and an order was generated on 30th with Hermes.
I received no notification and the only tracking is 'order generated'

I ordered pots, hanging baskets, plants and trees on the 30th.
The pots and hanging baskets were delivered to my neighbour, no note through the door to say they had been delivered and the items were very poorly packed.
The box was opened and the hanging chains or the baskets missing.
Whether the fell out due to poor packing or not who knows?
As for the rest of mt order no news yet.0 -

Did you soak them in a bucket of water for a few hours before planting.0
