Just an update on my trees - and a mini rant. My trees arrived and I planted them. 2 are fine and 2 are completely dead. I've given them ample time to start growing and today rang the company. I was told that as it was over 30 days, I was not entitled to a refund and if I wanted replacements that would be sent out later in the year I would have to pay £9.95 plus postage for each tree. I did point out that with bare rooted trees, it wasn't realistic to tell if they were growing within 30 days and was told that was true, but those were their terms. I said that I thought their plants were guaranteed for a year and was told yes - the guarantee is that they will replace the goods but there was a replacement charge - the £9.95 plus postage. Some guarantee... Not a company I will be using again, grrrrrrr :mad:

I can understand you not being happy malebolge. I know it's no consolation to you but the ones I got are all growing better than I thought.
