Still no sign of my order placed on 26 March but on checking the website the order now says 'complete' and it appears the order has been split into 4 separate parcels via Hermes. Good job I'm in most of the time.

I ordered a load of trees from this company last year. They all came in a bag but were defintely bare root.

Only one blossomed and fruited, but I kind of expected that because they'd been planted up late.

This year, all four of them are doing really well. I've had blossom on one, and two are just starting to now. The other one has the buds on it so that'll be all four soon enough

If you dont see much action with your trees this year, dont panic. Its normal. But they'll all be happy trees next year :D

I also phoned today and have been told items out of stock with supplier, so I'm getting a refund for undelivered items. It's Japanese quince I'm missing.

That's the one that was crossed out on mine.
My 3rd parcel is now showing on the tracking so will wait and see what is in that one.

All but one of my ordered plants have arrived. I know someone mentioned that their previous customer service wasn't good, I've been impressed with them, and the quality of plants is excellent for what we paid. Had I seen the site independently, I probably wouldn't have ordered, thinking it would be bargain basement quality. I would definitely use them again.:)
In reply to Better Days, the size of pots I've used has depended on the size of the rootball. I got 2 lilacs, and one is in a 5 and a half inch pot. the other with a bigger rootball is in an 8 inch pot. I got eight, and the pot size varied for each one.

  • Mine arrived today - they are much bigger than I expected & look really healthy - a couple are covered in leaf buds. I have to work tomorrow & can't plant them out till Wed pm. Got 2 soaking in a bucket & 2 in the bath (we have a separate shower!) Will they be OK like that till Wed p.m.?
