They don't seem to mention what root stock the trees are on but I think by the following sentence in the description, it implies that they're on dwarf root stocks (or semi-dwarf) and therefore good for pots:
"The rootstock restricts the growth of the tree, so there's a maximum yield of accessible fruit from your apple tree and no need for ladders or climbing."

I bought the stella cherry tree and the opal plum tree to be grown in pots. if you have a look on this site will give you more of an idea on what trees could be grown in pots hope this helps

I emailed them about the rootstock and they said:
Our mini orchard tree are grafted onto a dwarfing root stock M9. The biggest these trees can grow is up to 8-10 ft tall, you can however keep them smaller by planting them in pots or pruning them down.
