It will be quite worrying if Pruhealth ever decide just to not record visits in order to increase charges. I've got no way of proving I've been to the gym. I keep records but they're not proof.

Forgive me for stating the obvious but you can clock that without having to swipe in twice - you have over 40 days to play with yet
No, max 15 visits/month, there are only 12 days left in June. Add 15 for July and get 27. Two short.

Is there an upper limit on vitality points?
I think I got it, there's an upper limit for each category:o

Looking at mine, 1500 for exercise (mine's stopped exactly there). That includes fitness assessment, routinetics, gym and maintaining fitness rating.
    And 400 for Education.
There must be a set figure for each category.

    How's that?

The gym also record your sessions - they can't argue with that kind of hard fact surely

Yes same as me I've been capped at 1500 across all the fitness activities. I wasn't aware that this would happen, I just assumed you could go 150 times and accrue 1500 plus 600 for two fitness assessments.

Now I'm going to have to read the crappy articles on the website that I can never seem to find. Anyone know of any good ones. Looking through the vitality info, I can't see any details of upper limits being capped at 1500 points for fitness. As I smoke I can't use that either.

    Here's my profile, any advice?

well finally joined pru! Took a bit longer that expected as had to declare a hernia op earlier in the year. The good thing is they have changed the process to enrol at the gym - they (virgin) add you to the pru system so you dont have to wait 2 weeks for your passes etc. Joined yesterday and went swimming today (though card didnt work...)
Details are me, missus (both <40, non smokers), plus 2 kids (1 and 3) £88pm for pru. We are going with a level 1 virgin so should be £5pm as long as we go enough. For the kids, <2 is free but you have to pay £3 per hour for creche sessions. Kids >2 get 2 hours free creche a day, though we have to pay £15 a month for him. Still cheaper at (£113pm) than the £115pm we were quoted just for the gym

Expect to post abit on this thread to find the best vitality points :D

How about reading more self help articles? I think it's 3 per month (30 points).
You can read it via Nutrition centre - facts of food.
You can do the Stress centre again, but it'll take 6 weeks to complete:o

Or have you already reached 400 points in that section?

Otherwise join Sainsburys or buy health stuff from ebay?

This cannot be true, the 1500 limit is purely for the gym only, 600 limit is for fitness assessments (therefore maximum 2 per year). For those who have not reached the limits and are having problems I suggest to call or email Pruhealth, their customer service is quite good. It is also easy to check limits for each activity by logging on and going to vitality statement.
