All up and running now, expires 5 May.

The '7 days' is clearly a nonsense and is presumably intended to cut down on those 'no coverage' queries, like mail order companies saying to allow 28 days for delivery when deliveries typically turn up with 2-3 days.

Its been 2 days since i made a call and activeted the sim. still No bundle??

Nice text from Sainsbury's just now; "Your free £15 bundle activated early due to an error. We have reset your bundle starting 4th April."

    Even better deal. :)

I activated mine over 48 hours ago, and still no bundle either. However it does say it can take upto a week. So I'll just wait and see if it appears.

Is there anyway to check the bundle without ringing the 40755 number, I'm getting fed up hearing the message.

I'd like to be waiting but no sims arrived yet ordered them again few days back.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

Mine arrived last week, I got my Ovivo number ported over yesterday and a text telling me that they'd activated my sim early so it was reset to April 4. Now whenever I use it it keeps saying my call credit is running low, having checked 40775 I have 41p of credit :o how can that have happened, must have used it for about 20mins max:(
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

It does seem odd they can't activate the bundle immediately. Maybe the delay is to try to get some people to buy one to use first.

Your initial bundle was probably 'lost' during the number transition; you need to call CS and get the bundle re-applied.

Internet is painfully slow even though full bars are showing and 2G/3G auto mode activated. This is anywhere in this large market town, although it's showing E instead of the usual 3 or H that I get with Three.

'E' stands for EDGE which is a 2.5G system so will be slow.

[EDGE can carry a bandwidth up to 236 kbit/s for 4 timeslots (theoretical maximum is 473.6 kbit/s for 8 timeslots) in packet mode.]

Out of interest, try texting WEB to 40127 (auto settings, pin = 1234).
