I inserted the SIM this morning and made a short call, since when zilch.

I called CS who told me the system would update the bundle in at least 7 days. What? Well, it should be within 24 hours to be honest, quoth she. We'll see.

Insert SIM in a phone and dial: 40775

That will tell you if the bundle is active and when it is due to expire.

I ordered a sim and received it a couple of days ago, the date I was given for the months end was 29th April but now when I phoned 40775 it says 3rd May so I have the full 30 days

No, it would not seem not (because the remaining bundle is often less than the quoted 30 days). However this action will probably activate the SIM.

As I'm only using one SIM per period (for as long as that bundle lasts); the other two are still unused in their packets and will remain so until needed (need to activate on or before 29th June - so may need an extra one to cover July :rotfl:).

Exactly the same happened to me and the same dates (and I had used some of the initial bundle but now have a full bundle again!).
