Even if you'd ordered when I posted the same deal before you did, you wouldn't have got your SIMs any quicker, Sainsbury's have had problems.

Anyway got mine today and working fine.

Make a short call to activate it (the SIM should have 25p credit to cover the cost of the call).

If that doesn't work then call customer services (40775 option 5) and get the free bundle added.

Plenty of people reporting problems over at HUKD. This is not doing Sainsbury Mobile any good at all, reputation-wise. The words 'not', 'touch' and 'bargepole' spring to mind.

The fact that they've pre-activated them all (against their own terms and conditions) so nobody can get the full 30 days makes it even worse.

Mine came in the same post as the Kontakt SIM. Which to use? The Kontakt offer looks more generous but after the Ovivo experience, I'm not so sure.

Possibly both, to compare.
