500 Free Tesco Points Worth £20 In Deals Vouchers

Just phoned up and was told that the renewal date was too far away and that I could just get the points.

They gave me a number to phone about the points as they are no longer crediting them themselves. Spoke to a very nice lady who took my name, card number and postcode and said that my points would be credited ASAP.

So many thanks op...thats another £20 to the Peat 2008 summer holiday :money:

I had a bit of a performance to get mine !!!
Called and got a quote £110 more than renewal

I have a Tesco credit card and they could not accept that, so had to ring clubcard and get my clubcard number starting with 634 .......

Still 500 pts - not bad for a few minutes work....

I just phoned - and got the story that my policy had to be within 30 days of renewal - which it wasn't. When I pointed out that it didn't say that on the leaflet, I was told that they had had a very high level of calls and so had to insert that qualification. I joked that people must have been calling to get their 500 points, and when I mentioned that, the girl said, "Oh THAT leaflet!" and gave me the 500 no quibble!

Just done this as well. Thanks to OP. Not holding my breath for the points though - got a feeling they may not pay them out if too many do this.

If at first you don't succeed - try again! I rang last week but was told my insurance had to be due for renewal within 30 days. I rang again this morning and was asked if I just wanted the points. When I said yes, I was told I would be transferred to a dedicated phone number to have the points credited. I was put through almost immediately and got the points! Total call time: under 4 minutes.

I just had the rudest girl who said you have to go online if you want just the points!!!!!

i dont know if this has been posted elsewhere, but Tesco are also doing a Health quote, get 200 points, and if you join up, a £50 gift card.
