I think my response would be "You really need to stop with the attention seeking Dear" and go back to what I was doing.

    She sounds about thirteen.

I felt I had to say something. Aren't you supposed to stand up to a bulley?

Standing up to a bully is one school of thought, which doesn't seem to have got you very far. I think the 'don't let them get a rise out of you' tactic would be the more professional and adult in this circumstance. And perhaps very irritating to her!

I don't think I've acted immaturely? In what way do you think I've acted immaturly

Have you considered how you would react if a coworker looked at you like you were a piece of !!!! and said they didn't know why they paid you?

I would laugh at them, quietly.

And what exactly does OP's gender have to do with this? Is it ok for women to bully men?

I think there are places you can go for that and special websites.

In the end you have to deal with it as you deem fit and do it with a manner you are comfortable with. If ignoring her is something that sits well for you and something you are capable of then it's good advice. Or as it has bothered you enough to come on and post on here about her with 2 seperate issues maybe it's something you are struggling with?
In the end you have to deal with it in a way that is comfortable for yourself if that means filing a grevience about this person than go ahead, it is your right.
She seems from what you have posted that she is a nasty piece of work, maybe watch her with others and see if she is displaying the same bullying, derogatory behaviour with any of them. Chances are she has a select group of 'friends' and looks down her nose at most of the office, this is down to her own insecurities.
While it can be rough going expecially if you struggle to be assertive learn to see her for what she is....nothing more than a nasty, pathetic bully who would be the first to go running to management if someone turns the tables on her.

If you are going to take offence at something like this then you are going to go through life very disappointed and hurt. Maybe you should have asked her what she meant? You might have got some useful feedback on your working practises, you never know! Instead your response to her sounded like something I would expect to hear in the playground.

She hasn't bullied you, she made a comment you didn't like. Stop blowing this out of all proportion!

OP - just ask her if she has a problem with you. She's bound to do something similar in the near future - there's your chance to have a grown up conversation about it.

Some people are more affected by hurtful comments

You can't control how she acts, but you need to control how you act. If you are upset by the actions of someone, you need to find out why it upsets you.

Thats a bit like trying to find out why some people find certain jokes funny while others don't
