Do not email or text in support of hard copies. Post it and leave it.0 -
If he protects it now it will be a late protection. Any notice he claims to have served on you before then is therefore invalid. I'd make sure you give the correct notice and leave.
He is just a nasty bully. He has a lot more to loose than you have. If he wants to come in he'd have to break in and faces the police being called and being charged with harassment.
Try not to let him get to you (easier said than done I know).

And what does he think he can do if you don't pay him? this isn't the 1960's its 2014.0 -
^^Exactly, until you see that the bond has been secured with your own research i.e. getting the ID & finding it yourself online, then don't pay the last month. I doubt very much if he has secured the bond & is just saying so in order to get a meeting so he can bully you some more.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.
