Also I assume you have changed the locks when you moved in & that he doesn't have a key? if not do so immediately.
Text him now with a "unfortunatly I am not available for an inspection until xyz date at xyz time. Any attempt to enter (insert address) without my permission or presence will result in the police being called.
Also put it in writing & deliver it by recorded post to the address you have for him.
If you are home & he turns up don't answer the door, do not let him know you are home or engage in coversationw ith him through the door. If he tries to get in forceably call the police & report an intruder.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

He has no right to enter the property without your permission.
He has permission to enter on 24h notice for the purpose of inspection that state of the property.
Refusing inspections because deposit is not protected is being difficult and can only result in more grief later on.
Of course the landlord must also act reasonably re. requests for access.0 -
She has told him that she isn't avaiable, the reason is irrelevant. he has stated in text that he will enter the property regardless, that is not allowed.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

What date is the rent normally due & how do you normally pay it.?I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

1) stop texting. Write a letter
2) keep the texts he has sent you
3) change the locks to protect your privacy - let him in IF you get 24 hours written notice and IF it is convenient to you. Cost? £5 - £15. Time? 10 minutes DIY

I think people should really think about the meaning of "right of entry".
It does not mean that the tenant can decide, or change his mind, or accept only if convenient.
It means that the tenant must facilitate entry as far as it is reasonable.
In many, many threads on these forums, we read tenants making up excuses about availability and convenience... This is not reasonable.0 -
Reasonable is subjective, the OP doesn't want to deal with a crappy , agressive & threatening LL alone & as her Oh is away she has the right to specify when he can come.
As a LL I'm sure you look at this differently but this is a simple case of the LL can't get his own way & bully his tenants into paying last months rent when they know he hasnt protected their deposit & is threatening access when he has been told that it is not possible right now.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

My rent is due on first but i have always paid on 25/26th. he says he wants things to be ammicable and im been childish but his refusal to give me a referance has cost me a higher bond and i just have a hunch he will not give me my bond back.Could i phone shelter ?.Also he is texting me constantly and has never repaired anything i have asked and told my hubby he cant afford the repairs .0

Forget the repairs, you are moving out it's too late but call Shelter & tell them about the harrassment & also that you can't find your bond in any schemes & that the LL refuses to tell you where if at all it is registered & see what advice they can give you.
http://england.shelter.org.uk/get_advice/private_renting/problems_with_renting/harassment_by_a_landlord
Unreasonable behaviour by your landlord or letting agent which could count as harassment includes:- interfering with your post
- entering your home when you are not there or without your permission
- visiting your home regularly without warning, especially late at night
- stopping you from having guests.
- allowing your home to get into such a bad state of repair that it's dangerous for you to stay
- sending builders round without notice
- beginning disruptive repair works and not finishing them
- refusing to let you into certain parts of your home (for example, the kitchen or bathroom)
- removing or restricting access to services such as gas, electricity or water, or failing to pay the bills so these services are cut off.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.
