Indeed what is wrong with these people? I struggle to spend 7 minutes shopping :wall: hate it!
SS lovely I am loving the plans, and also the mention of the book. My mum got me a wonderful book called Tips from your Nana :rotfl: which I love. It's all spendthrift gardening, perfect compost (as told by an 87 year olf nun) and other fab tips. it is a bit of fun but useful too!
Jelly's henno is catching onand she has almost conquered the L's and soon it will be gone. She can say 'delicious' properly
not to mention 'vocabulary'
- I miss her Jellyisms!
Did you find coffee at mine? I've got douwe egberts ya know. Lush stuffnext year one of my resolutions is to purchase a cafetiere at the very least and maybe a coffee bean grinder

Baby Supersaver (well teenager :rotfl:) is fast asleep so we'll have to watch the Apprentice tomorrow. They are always our babies. Hennnooohennnooooo
Ta for the coffee. I've got a cafetière that comes out for visitors. A grinder would be used for spices.
Will look at YNAB over Xmas too.
Sending much huggles. Just watching the mum on the Tsunami programme who let go of her daughter and lost her. All so sad for everyone. Tragic.OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

Plan is to:
Spring clean and declutter over Christmas
Agree a family food budget and put it onto a cash card account each month.
Give myself an allowance each month. £150 - tee hee :T:D:rotfl::) (there are a few big expenses before I can do this)
Get MrSS to do an SOA and see if we can get him saving.
xx
Must add 'do my homework' :rotfl:
In between eating everything with Parsnipheads help.
Thanks Lilty. The Jellytots picture is lovely.
My main plan over Xmas is to enjoy my family and our life. Would never have said that last year.
ps £66.52 in the account at the moment. Luckily we get paid early this month. Reminds me to get rid of that bank fee - to go on the to do list.OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

You should be able to ring them up and ask them to drop you to the basic account. Take a look at the insurances they offer that you actually need and try and get them elsewhere. Mobile insurance can be gotten far cheaper than £25 a month and far more comprehensively as well. Travel insurance... you got plans for the next 6 months that warrant £25 a month? Car roadside assistance... £25 a YEAR to buy direct usually, and cashback too...
I did it years ago. The savings really really outweighed the loss of insurances I have never touched, and as yet 2 years on have still never needed!!! *touch wood*

Ah yes, I was meant to change it 6 months ago wasn't I. I did think I might use it for the mobile repair but it was £55 cash or £100 through the insurance with lots of hoop jumping :rotfl:

I heard from watchdog (love it) that quite often the mobile insurance on bank accounts is rubbish anyway.
On the tsunami programme, I think they're well worth watching so I watch them too. I might just be punishing myself by watching it though.
Did you guys watch the Black Mirror christmas special? And have you seen the apprentice yet? I want someone to talk to about it! >.<0
