Thanks Lilty Lentil
I've just realised that I have a job that I really like that could all work out. The job I'm going for is permanent but won't stretch me, however if I got it I could stop worrying about losing my job, however will they be nice, would I get bored, why am I worrying as I may not even get it and if I did we could move closer to school and me and DD could walk everywhere. Then I'm about to submit another application for a great job that I may not have a hope of getting but if I did, it is about an hour away so how would I fit the hours on and be there for DD - it's doable with a bit of jiggery pokery, but I may flop again or they may not be nice, but it would be a gr8 career move, but again why am I worrying about something that may never cme to pass. I'd worry most about letting my colleagues down if I got the local job, but wouldn't really if I got the gr8 job - I guess that says a lot and gif I got the local job I'd make sure they supported my degree so in 18 months time I'd have gained something good. All outcomes are gr8 what am I worrying for ( or wortybig as I just mistyped ). No more WORTYBIG ever!).
That feels better, I've just reasoned with myself and it worked. No more wortybig now.
Now I need to get MSEing bigtime :-)
ps Lilty Lentil, thanks for the huggles. Hope you didn't wear yourself out. Have a gr8 time tup north. XOSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

No more wortybig indeed!
Looking forward to going up north but finding my get up and go has got up and went today. Jelly seems the same, she is in bed flat out. She has spent most of today (after 15 hours sleep til 9am!) getting back into bed with a game. Then fell asleepbless her.
So no Xmas cards made, no presents wrapped...
I need to MSE and stick to my guns this month. I feel it all going to potI have lost £200 somewhere. I know I have had my hair cut but that was an expensive chop if so
Maybe I did wear myself out at work and just need to chill today. Hugs again!! xx

Lilty would be proud of me as the ironing and washing all done. And no wortybig :rotfl:
The dishwasher has been a bit smelly lately so I have put it on for an empty wash. Silly me though because I used a dishwash tab and last time I used white vinegar which worked brilliantly and is much cheaper.
I made two loaves yesterday and we had a fab rice dish and some lovely crusty bread for dinner. I boiled up some eggs this morning and we have had various of beans on toast, leftovers and boiled eggs. Hence only one half of a loaf left now. :rotfl:
I'm doing a lentil dish with home made naans this evening, but will meal plan properly tomorrow to use up potatoes and eggs this week.
I also need to declutter this week and have a good clean. I always said that I wanted a minimal look and instead have built up even more clutter. The mission is on, come on SuperDave get your finger out tomorrow (this afters is job work). I'm so excited about things that I'm not getting down at the moment. That is a very new feeling after 12 months of stress.
DD has now been 2 weeks in her Saturday job and loves it.. She will be paid by bank transfer - bit different to the days of Saturday jobs for me. I am so pleased for her.
I was a bit non-mSE yesterday as I bought 8 glasses in Sainsbugs for £3. They are the soda glasses that I have wanted for a little while. We have such a mosh mash of glasses and I wanted something that will do for milk, water, juice, beer etc - rather than at the moment we have various oddments of freebies and things. The old glasses will be donated. I nearly bought some of the wine glasses too, but thought better of it. We have some beautiful glasses from our wedding so if we have people around :rotfl: we will use those. You've got to enjoy these things. The only thing I want to buy glasses wise are the short tumblers that can be used for drinks but also for little puddings. I missed them when they were £1.50 for 4 last time so I will wait patiently as £5 is too much. I know it's not MSE but I am only buying things that will mean I can then make more room and that I've though about for a long time
My really big desire is a kitchen aid. I saw one in town yesterday and it was lovely, but no prices. Then I saw one on the John Lewis website and it was over £400 - one day it will be mine all mine :rotfl:come back with renewed energy in case you need to cheer me up after interview :rotfl:
Right Lilty Lentil, have a great time in Nottingham. Sounds like you might need some tunes (second class ticket to Nottingham please!) :rotfl: Remember they make you breathe more easily :rotfl:
I so hope you are both okay and have a lovely lovely time.

Hey NOA
Lovely to see you. I popped into yours earlier but have been pottering around today and have been pulling together my evidence for my course plus done bits for work - oh and I made a dozen delicious bread rolls. Now sobbing out but will need to get a wiggle on soon to make a lovely MSE dinner.
I absolutely don't know how to keep up with everyone's threads. At one point I was getting dizzy trying. So I had a little break and just popped in where I could. I'm still doing that now and people don't seem to mind. I love the five things in your day thread, there are some lovely folk on there but I've just had to give up for now as I can't keep up. I still pop in and do a few thanks though.
I think we all have times we need more support and times we need to step up and give support. It doesn't have to be a defined amount. Hopefully I've got that right.
Thanks for the good wishes, much appreciated. SS1KOSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

That should say 'slobbing' out. My sobbing out was back in April. :rotfl:OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

Crikey you have been super super busy!!! I an very very proud! Glasses too. I remember the day my friend came to visit me for the first time in my old flat. We drank wine from the tall tumblers which are wider at the top than the bottom. Classy. The next time she came, I had moved flats and still only had the tumblers... and so I bought 4 wine glasses. I don't really drink. Once or twice a year in reality I have a glass of something. So I use my wine glasses (Sainsbugs.. so big and sturdy, feel lovely in your hand... on the £1.50 offer way back
) for apple juice and pretend. Sometimes I even take a picture for the dreaded book of face in order to look a bit more normal
NOA tips for diaries... be pickyI have 16 subscribed and that is basically all I can handle; even then I don't sometimes get around as much as I wish I could. There are some amazing diaries I am in awe of but I just can't squeeze anyone else in at the moment so I lurk a little bit when I have extra time
SS is right though, people don't mind if you only jog in and out. I find it incredible anyone else writes in my diary but me.. :rotfl:
By the way, Saturday Jobs have changed since my day too... I used to get £10 in my hand on a Saturday morning when I went in to pick up the papers that I did all week..lol. It felt amazing to have my own money though... Good for DD. She is learning the best way.
Huge huggles for you my busy little bee. I've made 2x Christmas cards today! Sorry... JELLY has made them... *cough* I will post pics on my diary as I think they are super cute and ingenious... :rotfl:x

Whoops, fell asleep in front of the box and now awake surfing.
Made a lovely Greying type tea earlier - tarka dhal, HN naans, carrot salad. Actually bagged a NSD too :j
Did part of my homework and sorted a few bits. Got a more organised day planned tomorrow, hopefully I'll get to sleep shortly.
Just realised my belly is getting very jelly - whoops. I need to get on with exercising this week before the clocks go back.
Also need to dust. My cobwebs are even dusty! Still, we had a good day today.
Hope everyone is safe from the predicted storms.
 Hugs to all
