I already have, where you said they were clearly insolvent.

I thought I had explained this.

I said they were insolvent after other people had claimed my OP was wrong. I was making a logical point (I should have realised it was too difficult for some to grasp).

It is called playing devils advocate.

The fact you say it again when I have already explained proves that it is you that is trolling. So I will now do what I should have done originally and pop you on ignore.

    We agree then.

So let's return to my original point. There are 2 options:

    1) They were insolvent - hence trading while insolvent

    2) They were solvent and hadn't paid the supplier - hence they have legged it with the money.

One of those options must be true.

So, rather than harassing paypal and visa, who haven't done a thing wrong, the out of pocket customers should be pursuing Ovivo.

That is all I am saying.

    1) Trading while insolvent may not be considered illegal.

    and out of interest:

    2) 'paypal and visa' would have the money from customers who had just paid. How would these customers be best placed to pursue Ovivo if they don't go via chargebacks?

Morally they may be right to pursue Ovivio directly, but for £20....?

So what? You aren't proving anything as there is barely any evidence, and what little there is so far is potentially debatable or cross-examinable if there are any disputes.

Nor is there much point in attempting revenge by slagging them off. Most of the discussion on other threads here is pragmatically discussing what to do next, not practising muck-raking.

I've reported two posts on this thread for potential defamation and increasing levels of personal abuse against anyone who dares to counsel caution.
