Lucky you! Despite opening at end of April have just received my first RED Magazine which I have given to my daughter. Would have liked the cinema tickets but didn't recognise the company the tickets were issued for."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0 -
Re magazine subscription and no freebies, this also happens if you take out a direct subscription as I found out when kind husband took one out for me that was the bit I looked forward to most!0

Charged the fee, met the criteria for account, told by customer services it's a fault affecting all club accounts. Call up they refund, they are going to be busy I guess0

Mine charged then refunded as normal (i.e. not needing to contact them)0 -

It'll automatically be refunded, it is not a fault.DEBT FREE!

I queried it last month and they refunded the charge plus £3.00 for telephone calls and goodwill payment of £10.00.0

Got refunded after I called them, they said it was debited in error and that everyone was affected0
