Can any one who has the Club Lloyds Monthly Saver check to see which icon they have displayed when they log in.
On the bottom of this page within the 'Club Lloyds' tab section: http://www.lloydsbank.com/savings.asp?WT.ac=SNS1012
They display the icon for the Club Lloyds Saver (the white pig in grey square) on the left and the Club Lloyds Monthly Saver on the right (red pig within a white folder within red square).
I have opened the Club Lloyds Monthly Saver but in 'My Account' the icon showing is the one for the Club Lloyds Saver and not the Monthly Saver.
Is this the same for any one else who has this account?0 -
I get the white pig in grey square, but next to it is the text "Club Lloyds Monthly Saver", so I'm not really that bothered about the icon0

I have received the leaflet in the post re Club account which states:
To qualify for credit interest, you need to PAY two separate DDs each calendar month.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
I have 3 x Vantage a/c, recycling the min £1000 per mth pay in.
As I can only have 1 x Club a/c, to fund the £1500 p/mth pay in requirement to Club,, I could change the other 2 Vantage in/outs to £1500, set up the 3rd £1500 to go to Club, then this would ?? be OK.
(I know leaving the other 2 Vantages at 1.5 isnt ideal, but this is getting complicated).
Re the direct debits. I have an account at Monmouth BS. What do I need to do to set up a direct debit (presume ask them for a form), but don't want toactually move any direct debts from elsewhere, just set up new one. Could this be for £1 say from Monmouth... who would I pay ... myself at any other Bank? That is then a direct debit, ,yes ?0 -

I too have a white pig / grey square, but if you list the transactions for the saver account you should see
Interest rate: 4% Gross
at the top of the page. This is what matters.0 -

Hi afmfifgh,
Sorry for any confusion caused by this. The icons used on our website do not relate to what is displayed within Internet Banking. All of our savings accounts online use the generic grey pig icon.
Just to confirm, next to the icon, does it say Club Lloyds Monthly Saver? If so, then it seems the correct account has been opened. If you'd like to double check this, please call our PhoneBank team on 0845 3000 000 (01733 347 007) or pop into your local branch.
I hope this helps.

Have received £42 compensation from Lloyds today for a variety of !!!!-ups since opening my account 8 days ago.
My final problem is I'm registered for PayM, but when someone sends me a payment, it says I'm not registered. When I try and de-register with Lloyds, am told it's failed and to call them. On the phone, they have no idea. Said they can't fix it, and hopefully it'll be sorted by mid May.
Can't win them all I guess.0 -

Many thanks for the reply - good customer service!
I changed the name of the account as soon as I opened it to something more meaningful for me. But I have done as another poster suggested and can see the interest rate is 4% so it must be the correct account.
I would suggest changing the icons on the webpage perhaps to avoid potential confusion for others - or maybe it is just me0 -

sounds like normal procedure nowadays.......
You shouldn't take ll those failures laying down, I think. Register formal complaints, don't settle unless they pay you for your time to get things corrected. Plus some for causing you inconvenience and stress.0 -

I hope you're been flippant! The claim culture is causing real problems!0
