Probably was a stooge, or more likely a spammer for the NS&I. You get spammers all the time on all kind of blogs. Seriously though, I guess one of the reasons I plonked myself down here was to have a moan over the fact that one 20k block hasn't had a win in 5 months. It kind of makes you wonder if there's a bit of hankypanky going on somewhere along the line. I mean, where else can a man vent his anger, when the wife is sick of hearing about it?
