My final bill was 14th and money in the bank 21st.

I could not figure out the kWh rate used for after the fixed rate ended but as it worked out in my favour I don't really care ;)
If you look at the bill it is separated and listed as "tariff held" not Blue and does not have a DD discount applied, this seems to be accounted for in the tariff.

Received my final bill from NPower and exactly as I expected. The only issue i had with NPower was they kept pestering me for meter readings even though I supplied them on a monthly basis. For that reason and that reason alone I ditched them.

I have posted in another thread about Npower on here.
    Switchover went ok.
Got final bill from Npower only to find the electric ok but the gas was estimated by them and they did not use my readings that I submitted the EE and Npower.
I have been told that I may have to wait upto 35 working days for a refund.
    That's 7 weeks.

I have changed from EDF to Extra Energy. I cant remember, and cant find the email at the moment, when I initiated the changeover but all was completed 6th May - within the 6 weeks period. My first payment is not till 1st June. My saving was about £30/month and my payments have gone from £118 per month (which I'd been paying for 2 years on the Blue ending April 2014) to £104 per month.

So far so good and I chose the Fixed Deal till September 2014.

With my experience of this company so far, I would recommend them.

Does anyone know when the Online bill service will be online ?

We submitted our first reading a few weeks ago but haven't received any bill yet and the online service for viewing bills has been "Coming Soon" for months now?

Have also been wondering about this. When you submit a reading all is does is show you the readings you have just supplied and the date - the previous ones disappear. Not sure how/when/if bills will be generated.

Its just a joke their online service. As one contributor has already said its been saying for months its coming soon. Every time I phone them they say in a few weeks.

I keep a manual account of all meter readings entered and do a financial calculation myself so I have some idea where I stand.

So far not impressed with this company and may have to say bi bi soon.

just a word of caution, its management has come from one of the top 6 which everyone hates :p
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

We just called extra energy querying about a statement / balance but apparently statements are not sent out through the post until 6 months after a meter read ?

They couldn't provide a balance on the account either even though we are paying via direct debit... All very odd!
