Just looked at my account. The £12 debit and credit for the fuel rebate have both been removed from it. So my balance hasn't changed, they've just removed the 2 transactions!!0

They have been removed from mine as well but I have a bill with the £12 credit on it so how can they legitimately do that !0

Here's my latest, now into my 5th month of waiting for the money they owe me. I did get a final bill and a telephone call promising the refund in within 10 working days.
Guess what! 4 weeks on, I'm back from holiday, and there's nothing in my bank account. And not only that my EE online account summary shows they have tried to take a direct debit payment of £388 from me, despite that summary showing me to be in credit. Fortunately I had cancelled the DD beforehand.
Today I called them and got a call back from the same person I spoke to last time.
And you've guessed it. I've been promised it will be paid within 10 working days. Not only that they are confident I will also get a £70 goodwill payment which includes the waiving of exit fees. I was promised an email today confirming all this.
No email has arrived so I'm back on this forum again. I wonder what my chances are.
We seem to have acquired quite a few more "moaning minnies", as an earlier poster called us, since I last posted.
New contributors be assured EE can get some things right - they are very good at taking money from your bank account, but they don't seem to be able to do anything else.
Now, I just checked my account and they have cancelled my final bill.
Well, if they haven't responded to my court order against them for the refund, what do you expect???0 -
on the online bills and payment section, I have been refunded the £12 that they took back before as well.0

Yep me too, £12 credit and debit have been removed from my account!
EE are possibly up to no good!
Ive still not had a reply from my complaints raised on the 27/03/2015. I dont expect to be getting one either as EE are absolutely useless and clearly do not know what they are doing.
EE deserve to be put out of business as they are a disgrace.
I have now had enough of giving my money to a company who simply disregard their customers. I have now applied to move my gas and will see how that swap goes. I will then be building as much as a debit on my account prior to moving my electric to another supplier.
I will have joy in not paying EE their monies till im satisfied my bill is correct.

Hmmm... As an EE customer I'm starting to get worried. I was hoping my low DD amount would be enough to stop going to far into credit as I joined them six months ago having got a refund of my winter credit from previous supplier.
Unfortunately it looks like I'm going to swing way into credit with little hope if getting it back for months should I leave at some pointDam those energy saving measures...
Not had a bill yet so calculating manually so what are the chances in getting the DD reduced?0 -

Deadline is May 16th. If they still don't reply or pay up by then, I will ask the court to enter judgmentand then enforce it by sending bailiffs to collect the money

:iloveyou: (Fantastic work, I like it)
The next several days are going to be so thrilling I may even get the popcorn out.
Lets have a user vote!
Will EE respond prior to the deadline of the 16th
My answer is NO0
