Just googled how to screen shot
The best way if you are on Win7 is the Snipping Tool. Snips any part of the screen, ie just the bit you want not the whole lot, to the clipboard and you can paste it wherever you want.

i live in hope that smaller companies CAN get it right, my switch to Flow Energy seems to have gone through ok. I provided reads online the day before the switch date, at their email request, & a meter reader turned up on switch day too, not sure if this is coincidence but i don't think so as EE have already 'produced' a mythical bill to reads earlier in April (yet to appear on my account).

i had to email flow with a small query & a reply was received back the following day.

I found that they refused to adjust the monthly direct debit earlier than every 6 months so I switched in February of this year. Instead of using my readings they set wildly oover-estimated readings for the changeover so I was still paying them for supplies 2 months later. It's now the 1st May and I'm still waiting for their Closing Statement and the credit balance to be paid. Their Customer Service is the WORST I've known!

Got an email from my new supplier (EDF) today, the switch is complete.

I made sure that when I gave EDF my opening meter readings that I also entered the readings on the EE website and sent EE a separate email to blog response with the same meter readings. In the email I detailed my complaints starting from last September when they gave the wrong meter readings to my previous supplier, which was just the start of the substandard service received throughout my time with them. I also explained that to protect myself from bad practice I had cancelled the DD and would pay any balance on receipt of a bill.

It will be interesting to see the outcome from other customers who have taken their grievances further. Extra Energy should never have got a licence until they could prove that they had the tools in place. Its obvious that when you offer cheap gas and electricity you are going to be swamped by new customers.
    Holding back the years...
  • I signed up with EE in October 2014 on their ValuePlus Fixed Price Sept 2015 my direct debit payments are split to being paid 1st and 20th of the month but for some reason they have started taking both payments together on the 20th but today have tried taking the 1st payment Ive telephoned the billing dept to ask why ? answer " They didnt know " "They will ring me back today"
Ive cancelled my DD with the bank until they sort out my credit & Bill

person from the ombudsman contacted me today to let me know they have made a ruling on ee and i will receive the report soon, they said that ee hadnt responded to any correspondance the ombudsman submitted to them so it was a straight forward case,so we will see how long it takes ee to comply with the ombudsmans rulings
Got report today they have awarded me the £12 goverment rebate that ee took off me for no reason-a £75 goodwill gesture-for ee to provide me a final bill and credit any balance left to me and also a pology.just signed letter and sent back saying that i agree the decision.see what happens next?

Could end up like Carcraft, just in EE's case our warranty is your money sitting in their bank account!

Did you have to pay the £50 to make the claim, is that refunded in the £75?

It tells you something when EE dont even respond to a court! How bad is that huh.
