Well still no bill for me or the £12 credited back to me which was promised last week - I have started to make a fuss about this company - tweeted Martin but he said they can't take them off the Energy Club. I've asked if they can put a warning on about them like they have with other companies - however according to them the feedback is still too 'limited' for them to do this.

Does this thread look limited to anyone else??!!
The more people that tweet them or raise the issue with them the better - people trust the energy club as it has Martin's branding on it - they have no idea when switching to EE what they are getting themselves into.

Checked my EE account today, just in case they have generated a bill ... :rotfl:
Needless to say they haven't, but I noticed this announcement underneath my tariff details:

You'll notice a slight increase in the unit rate and standing charge amount shown above from 9th March 2015. more info
This is a result of some recent portal improvements which means the prices now include VAT at 5%. Please note, this is nothing to worry about and doesn't negate any fixed rate terms.

On a positive note, it at least shows an effort to communicate :rotfl:

    Well spotted!

Limited to moaning so and so's :rotfl:
Maybe in the next 6 months the customers who are not concerned will become concerned when they dont get any bills or money refunded.
I would imagine Martin has to give some allowance for EE to amend their ways. Once the Ombudsman's complaints come through in the near future things may change. As it stands EE are responding to complaints and processing as they should.

The only problem is it would seem EE are playing the game of holding the moaning customers off for the time being.

The next 2 weeks will see an influx of  customers return if EE do not fix their ways...... TBC

Ive not yet received the £12 rebate which i was promised will be back on my account, luckily after reading updates on this thread i looked to see if rebate had been reversed and i noticed that they have applied for a dd payment to be taken tommorow!!!the last dd was taken by them on 1/12/2014 and i left them in december too and are almost £400 in credit yet they have tried to take more money off me even though im not a customer with them and have a complaint lodged against them with the ombudsman.I have just cancelled dd with my bank and rang bank to stop payment leaving my account on 1 april.I really cant beleive how incompetent and bad this outfit are!!!Surely watchdog should do a article about these cowboys

I'm afraid you're in for a long wait. You even might not get anything. I've been waiting over over 3 months for my refund. Others here left in November and are still waiting.

I've spent hours on phone calls, emails and eventually a complaint to the ombudsman but there's no sign of my money. All I get is ignored, lied to and false promises.

My account shows £600 in credit but they can't produce bills. The real amount is just over £200.

Not that I've yet had a reply from their email address but the correct one is below. The auto reply email says they will respond within 10 days. Using this email address is sufficient for records if you require to press for a complaint.

I have had responses from EE...

The responses from EE were not worth the time though as their information was completely all wrong!

10 days to go to see if they incorrectly/unlawfully take the incorrect DD amount against what was agreed.

I cant wait to try the DD guarantee out as ive never tried reclaiming my money in this way. It should be an interesting lesson for me.

Had a bit of a shock this morning - an email from EE saying my bill was ready! It was in my online account and was exactly right but of course they have now put the DD up to a ridiculous amount. Luckily I owe them and the next (higher) DD will still not cover what I owe but if I allow any more after that then I shall be in credit again so am going to cancel DD when they have taken one more as hopefully my switch will be completed before the May DD is due.

Also, the £12 was credited back onto my bill.
