i left ee on the 5/3/15 , still trying to get a final bill, nearly £800 in credit, i have phoned and emailed them still no final bill,
but just checked my account and on the 20/3 i too have been debited the £12 ger.
how on earth do i get them to respond and produce a final bill and get my money back??0 -
I want to switch and have no confidence that they are going to give me the bill they promised a week ago or reduce my DD.
Worse case scenario I don't get back any refund they owe me and I have to pay a £50 penalty. At least I'm in contol.
If the company go down the pan, what happens to the customers who haven't left and still get fuel from them??
Oh, and EE are still showing as a Top Pick on the Energy Club page. WHY???0 -
I wonder what their excuse will be for this..............0

I've wondered about this. Well, one things for sure, the energy will keep on coming.....so, free energy.....or would that be extra energy?
I'm in the process of switching away. But any hint this company is in trouble my DD will be cancelled.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -

I suppose going to the Ombudsman might help although they have to have proof of emails, phone calls etc. and then they take time to consider it. If only I lived near Birmingham I would get a protest march going outside their office. Maybe BBC Watchdog could get involved - Vive la r!volution! I was there in the 60's you know I've done this before..Holding back the years...0 -

If they do go down the pan existing customers will be automatically transferred to one of the big six. This happened to me approx 10 years ago. At the time I was with Zest4 who were a new small supplier to the market; prices increased drastically by the big six and sadly Zest4 were forced out of the market. All customers were transferred to British Gas.
Zest4 are the reason why the 'new supplier' excuse used by EE to explain all of the problems doesn't wash; Zest4 had excellent customer service and produced accurate timely bills from the very start.0 -

Back then we didn't get a choice, British Gas were the preferred option by the regulator (I believe).0
