Yes, issued two days ago.
In the post so expecting it tomorrow.
It is a Default Judgment, Erudio did not reply to the claim, so I expect them to apply to set aside.
However, at the very least, it will force upon Erudio to have to enter a court room. (If they want a set aside)
It's all going to get very interesting.
I'll post the Judgment up as soon as, let's enjoy it for a while at least!0 -

I gave them the deadline of today to defer me and to remove any alleged arrears on my account or else I would start legal action.
They failed to do this, instead they sent me a letter inviting me to make (another) complaint to them. The complaint I did make to them in November 2014 was just fudged by them not addressing any of my complaint.
I'm not going to get messed about by these people any longer.
I warned you Erudio to not mess me about!:D0 -
Well done! Really nice news. Will look forward to reading the details :TPaying for uni to get a job... just to get a job to pay for uni0

Hello all, I too have had a nightmare with Erudio student loans.
Sent the deferment paperwork back to them (2014) with copies of what they req but never heard a dicky bird from them reg deferment.
All I get is threatening letter stating I owe more, court action etc.
I didn't even get a deferment pack last year, (2015). Yet plenty bullying & threatening letters. I should state I earn nowhere near the limit so know I am in the clear but they wont give up.
I am willing to donate/join a support group to get these people of my back.
Regards to all.

How the tories make my blood boil. Students shouldn't be burdened with so much debt. Tuition fees should be much much lower. We shouldn't be in a situation where we have to choose between buying a house and an education. The people in power didn't, they created this mess, so why do they expect us young uns' coming through the system to pay for their mistakes? Unfair and they should be ashamed of themselves. May they all rot in hell for eternity.0

Still to receive my Judgment against Erudio in the mail but will post up as soon as.
However, to continue the fight against Erudio, the threat of CRA reporting.
Erudio are threatening to report a payment holiday on credit files on a monthly basis whilst in deferment.
I suggest this tactic.
One can access one's credit file at any time, so I would suggest a monthly view at least.
If Erudio are reporting a "payment holiday" for a deferred loan then a Notice of Correction can be added by yourself at the CRA's.
By law, the CRA must reply within 28 days of your dispute but, importantly, should mark the disputed data as "unreliable."
Repeat this Notice of Correction each time Erudio place a payment holiday on your file, so each month.
Thus, Erudio's payment holiday status on your credit file is effectively permanently recorded as "unreliable" by the CRA themselves due to your intervention.0 -
