Should letters not be sent to mark filer?
Our contracts are with his company rather than capquest after all.
To collect they now need to convince a court that they were justified in ingnoring the terms of the agreement we signed."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

I replied to the address which was indicated in the notice which was sent to me.
I did think about sending a copy to Mark Filer, but didn't have the address on hand (I did note it down somewhere, thanks). I have got time to send 'him' a letter, for completeness. Is the office even staffed?0 -

It's the registered office so I presume someone will at least pick up the mail. Who knows if they'll forward it on but that's not our problem.0 -
Whatever you send wherever, send it recorded."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

First internet search on this address shows at least eleven company names on this floor of the address (of which Erudio is not one).
Third Floor 1 Kings Arms Yard
London
EC2R 7AF
Wilmington Trust is there. I know this is knowledge already.
Erudio has the address on their websites (which I didn't visit) with their company number of 8605918.
Of course recorded delivery. Definitely first address next time, thanks.0 -
His email is mfiler@wilmingtontrust.com
I don't think there is a specific 'Erudio office' at the London address. I think all postal mail just gets reforwarded from there.0 -

I'll email him as well attaching the letter, saying I've posted this but just in case it fails to reach you here is a copy.0 -
Clearly Filers role is just for tax purposes, but given he is the one and only living employee of the company that is trying to cheat us out of money, it's his name and address on the summons/letters before action."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

So my 7 days are up. I'm expecting some sort of letter through on Friday/Saturday due to them sending everything via 2nd class.
Also anyone notice that https://no2erudio.wordpress.com/ is now set to private?
I remember it had a template letter on it's page. Don't know when this happened but I'm pretty sure it was still public last year.0
