Hi Shelbi, I was soooo tired last night but wanted to pop in, although I just wasn't sure what I wanted to say. :rotfl: Although, it sounds like you had great fun doing the boxes. They say giving is as much pleasure as receiving.
I love how you have all your money planned for the month. I must get myself organised this month with that. I'm just ever so slightly short I think, so am being a silly ostrich. I need to find a short term 1 day a week job and I'm struggling to see what I can do. It's all either for 2 days a week or too far away to make it pay. Although there are some that I should apply for. My ideal would be a job in dun elm or joules. Right off to the website.
Have a great day too. XxOSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

Morning SS1K,
Aww thank you hun, I really did have alot of fun, im one of those people who love Xmas so if I can get into the spirit early im well happy! lol! easily pleased me :rotfl:
Ihave to try allocate all my funds coz if i dont ill spend it on takeaways and wine (proven fact hehe). Its probably easier for me to do as Im just accounting for me and I only have a few fixed bills, simple life I guess.. will be happy when it becomes more complex by the addition of the house, dh and a couple of dd's...who knows maybe one day;)
Hmm a one day a week job, only thing I can think of is opening up a buisness yourself, could do a baking one....I bet those yummy carrot cakes would fly out the door. Summer time boot sales would do it too, if you have anything, could help family and friends to get rid of there things too..haha perhaps you could ask Joules to let you work one day and pay you in merchandise, if your anything like me youll end up buying more things than what your earning, there bits are gorgeous...still always staff discount:D...
Hope you have a lovely day hun will pop over a bit later see for a virtual cupper and how everythings going!! Have a wonderful week xXDFD-01.03.2018:starmod: :T

Help yourself to a tea or coffee and a lemon cake.
Thanks for the ideas - I've been putting the feelers out a bit and will do a bit more towards it this week as I've got a couple of days off.
It does get a bit more complicated when you've got others to think about - especially when littlies don't understand about not having things and money - and big DHs too (although they are both under control more or less now).
Hope you had a good day - I've got more work to do this evening, but am determined to get it out of the way and then relax for an hour later, before a great big snoooooze.....:)

Am fine thanks Shelbi. Had a bit of a low spot earlier in the week but, the weekends almost here. Yayyyyy :T
Thanks for the reminder re. Quidco. I've just requested a £7.42 payment which will help as its all a bit tight this month. I've got about £6.50 Nectar points and about £40 on Tesco. So fingers crossed I can make it to payday without going into the red.
Good luck with the exams. Don't worry about not catching up, we all get busy times. Finances sound good though. :T
Keep it up. :TOSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10
