Spirit - I've mentioned before that I've had a couple of endoscopes done in Tyre name of of advancing science. Not long after the second one, I ended up out for dinner in a group with the chap who'd performed the procedure. Not sure whether he recognised me :rotfl:

He could have proposed a toast to you. Bottoms up!

The offer was kind and well meant. The problem is me.

I am still trying to convince myself that it is like looking down a throat to them. I will be fine, a little too faux blase, or jokey or other humanish reaction to cringing embarrassment.

Showed very high self control today, particularly around not eating ice cream sunday at the first wimpy I've found since childhood... found it on a fast day.

I have no self-control or not-eating days at the moment - I'd forgotten just how hungry and thirsty you feel, feeding a baby! You need to hoover up all grub and liquid in sight.

Lovely photos, I like the one of Kermit and Abba's matching bald patches.

OH has a lot more hair than Kermie, as he's receeding a little, rather than having a massive bald patch, but Kermie's hair is likely to get thicker, and OH's isn't.

NDG..Kermie is looking very cute. Nice collection of babygrows.

He has a particularly lovely pale blue one, which he adores and looks very sweet in, but it's a bit too warm just now. Sorry to say.

The cake is amazing. She can't spell QPR though. Why is Isaac a QPR fan anyway? Milwall is closest to you and Spurs (my club) is the one most closely related with Jewish fans, traditionally at least.

QPR is a terrible club to be stuck with. I mean you can't really pick these things but....QPR?

    :D

I think Arsenal's probably closer to us than Millwall is?

OH has no interest at all in football, and my Dad, Bruv and Sister # 1 support Charlton, which I gather is a mixed pleasure.

PN, that's a cute story:) I think it was very brave of you going somewhere you were that squeemish about.

Don't come down here then....we have one in our town centre and have had constantly since at least 1981. They use proper plates and cutlery too and have table service.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I have slim legs. They are the only slim things about me so they look like they should belong to someone else...or are having to work jolly hard to hold my body up.

I've got slim ankles, wrists and hands...about the only blooming things though!

    Oh and very tiny feet.

This is the Nice People thread, I'm not going to start accusing perfectly innocent children of liking A$$$$$$$l.

ETA: We've just hit Vladikavkaz, and my navigation has started working (it's got 2003 maps, which don't include Georgia). Target is another 700km before nightfall :)

There is also no one else in the bed to squash one of your boobs and pull it away from the adhesions stuck to your sternum with a carelessly flung arm.
