I am still petrified of online banking (fear of being locked out and not being able to get at the money) ....

There's a big difference.... men are used to getting it out in public toilets. When drunk many will be popping it out and waggling it around "for a laugh". Men love to pop it out and flash it off/show it off. It is just another part of your body - one you're proud of and want to wave around.

    It's different with lady gardens.

If it were her butt cheek she'd have just said to him "OK, great".

I've given birth recently (in an operating theatre with forceps and 9 people in the room, plus me and OH), so I have no remaining qualms about crowds of people peering at the area under discussion. I remember from Isaac, though, that dignity and privacy as ideas will re-assert themselves in time....

I've thanked that post PN, but I have to say I don't feel very thankful for the mental image:eek:

Today I've had three naps. Just snuggling down for nap four when The Boss called to say he's coming home tonight. Yay, but, oh no...I have to wake up properly.

Hm... just wondering if PasturesNew needs to give notice to the two bank accounts prior to completion day that loadsamoney is going to be transferred to buy a house.

Never done it that way myself... not the 'cash upfront' method.

    Just wondering.

Today, scything, washing clothes, raspberry picking, research.

    Tomorrow, opticians.

It's a pity that our raspberry crop is always so large when I don't like them much.

Raspberries? Nom as Gen would say, perhaps if you could afford to have them all the time they would pall but generally, like cherries, Nom Nom.

Too may letters? Even adding on to both ends of lad you would need 8....

Open day on our house on Saturday, agent was supposed to call today to let us know how many viewings they had, fact they didn't is not a good sign :(
    I think....

    Vladikavkaz - what a fantastic name ?

My husband had a thoroughbred horse called Vladivostock. Known to us as Vladi or Bob.

Here, maybe. I suspect that would be quite a low scorer in Polish Scrabble.

Had a lovely pudding for tea tonight. Mango (not home grown!) with my own strawberries and yellow raspberries, with crème fraiche. Mmm!

You're flogging it? Thought you'd just bought it, to develop it and make another million!

Just flying a kite as the next move otherwise is the expensive and uncertain appeal process, pretty sure it won't work but trying didn't cost anything.
    I think....

I didn't eat at home this evening (or last night for that matter -get me!- though tonight involved me doing my hand in my pocket)... But before I went out I checked on my plantlets. Two of my strawberries had turned red :) They could probably have done with another day, but after the incident earlier in the week, I wasn't going to take any chances (plus the imminent treat of rain). Nom indeed :D
