Gen, I read your post thinking that a lot of it sounds good. No infection, mobility/fitness returning, motor skills very good, mental capacity & creativity good. Remember to look for the positive!

Hoping you heal quickly, which will aid you feeling better, & the temper thing.

Oh dear! The "fractal shots" are quite stunning but might not be totally suitable for anyone prone to motion sickness.
Have you been to see "Gravity" in 3D yet?
I've not, and I'm pretty disoriented on fairground rides. Wondering what I'd be letting myself in for. Mrs Zag loves that kind of thing.:)

Typical. Snow is falling and I have no heating or hot water. Well, I have a kettle and some old electric radiators, but I can't be bothered to dust off the radiators.
The plumber is apparently coming round when he had the parts and some free time. This might be his very last visit!

Good news that there's no infection! There's too much of that in this day and age.

Doozergirl, saw what you did- that was a fine thing you said.
Lemonjelly glad you've got your offer now.

I should be more serious. According to this quiz my medieval porofession would have been Court Jester.;)

Actually these pictures should cheer anybody up!

Variable actually. Hope to pay approx 40% of the mortgage as overpayments in the first year. Overpayments are unlimited.
    No early exit fees either.

    Mine is hunter:

You are very precise and always speak straight to the point. You enjoy being on your own, completely independent and preferably in the fresh air of the woods. In medieval times, you were the one who put food on the table
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

Yes, it is good news. It is weeping blood a little but that;s just manly,

Great pictures. Normally I've been to at least one of those sorts of places. Quite surprised the Scottish Highlands don't make it.

Oh and why do these pieces all say, '.....before you die'? Why not just say 33 lovely places to visit? It's a bit mawkish I reckon.
