Just loaded up Google, while being here... 100% CPU .... the system cache takes up a lot of my physical memory. Example of stats right now, now it's settled back down to just 40% of CPU Usage shows:
Physical Memory: 777200
Available: 63388
System Cache: 1335640 -

Is this what you want? http://www.amazon.co.uk/b/ref=mh_4085821_dri_3_560876?rh=n%3A560798%2Cn%3A%21560800%2Cn%3A560798%2Cn%3A%21560800%2Cn%3A560798%2Cn%3A%21560800%2Cn%3A4085821&ie=UTF8&node=560876
Or maybe http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/s/ref=is_s_ss_i_1_12?ie=UTF8&k=hi+fi+stereo+systems+with+turntable&sprefix=hi+fi+stereo
Problem is, I don't know much about music. Always makes it harder to search...
Downside is I need bigger. A micro system is out owing to the fact a turntable is required.
Been looking at richer sounds website.
Quite like this turntable:

2 options for an amp:

but I think I prefer:

which leaves the cd player. Again, narrowed down to 2 options:

Why don't you drop the solicitor an email, checking in? They still send searches etc out to you by snail mail. I'm so rusty on the process now but IIRC, if the vendor's solicitor doesn't send out draft contracts etc quickly then there is a bit of a waiting period.
It is all waiting, though. Weeks of doing nothing and waiting. A valuation date from mortgage co would be nice at this point.
Do people know what date is being roughly aimed for?
To be fair, it is still march. I suppose I am assuming *something* should be happening:o
Snail Mail is fine by me. I have no frame of reference for this situation, so I've no idea what should be happening, or if I should be doing anything? Likely I'm worrying unnecessarily. It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
Because you aren't a school teacher.
Sorry! I wish you could have holidays like that.
If you want them badly enough, you could always change jobs to something in a school that gets the holidays.
Touche!
I'm reminded of when I bumped into an old friend, who had trained to be a teacher. We went & saw his parents (they didn't remember me at first). When it became clear who I was, we sat chatting, & it got mentioned I worked in a college.
"Oh, are you a teacher too?" they asked.
"No. I've got a proper job" I replied.:DIt's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0
