    sadly my dad passed away after being in hospital for a week , we got told it was too late and had spread after a ct scan and was too ill for treatment , luckily he didn't have to suffer and his passing happened quickly , he only got put on morphine the day before, funeral was last week :(

    That's an almost identical scenario as for my Mam. She was very ill (undiagnosed) yet walked into hospital on a Friday morning to have a biopsy on a lump. The test result quickly came back as cancer - she died the following afternoon.

    Good news, i still haven't heard from them but went online and put in my details on there website and it now says

    "The Parking Charge Notice (PCN) has been cancelled. No appeal is necessary. If you would like to contact the Parking Office regarding this PCN you can send an e-mail by clicking the button below."
