Include as many topics of appeal as you can - POPLA have to address each and every one of them. The PPC may forget to respond to one of these points which will leave POPLA with no option other than to uphold the appeal.......worked for me.

just thought i didn't get any email acknowledgement from them after i filled in the online form, anyone know if this is normal with these guys ?

Hello deanos - I received email acknowledgment the following day.

Thanks ampersand , unfortunately its a long road we are going down with my dad the big C but hopefully he will come out the other side

I filled out the form again last night still no email but did take a screen grab.

Went and got a picture today of the signs, now it does say a valid ticket needs to be on display in the terms, but does not say it needs to be face up , just it needs to be "displayed correctly" , its too late now to add that to the soft appeal put i presume it could be added if it went to POLA ?

Please add yourself into the caring wishes that come for your Dad, despite this despicable distraction. We all know how dragging this business is, especially when the whole focus should be Dad - and you are trying to keep everything 'normal' for your family.

Immaterial re: 'correctly'. What sort of definition is that? Don't frighten yourself any more. Have contempt for them, which is healthy. Save your fighting energy for Dad.

All this argy bargy, some of you are trying to be too clever. What does it matter whether an address is given. What does it matter if the driver appeals as the driver or the keeper?

It is an unenforceable penalty, the driver bought a ticket, THERE IS NO LOSS. GPEOL wins.

The man wants a QUICK result Let's give him one.

They have 35 days to reply
