I do know that interest wont be paid on anything over £2000..0 -
This has not been an easy process.
Opened up one in my name which all went through and they sent me an email to say that my application is in process and included an application number.
I tried to open up another in my name to be told that one already exists and that I couldn't continue. Also I cant login under the details that I gave them.
I then opened up on in my wifes name. This all went through fine, I now have an account number and sort code and can login fine.
Do I have to wait for post before I can login to my first account?
Can I deposit money into the second account now?0 -

Good morning everyone! Hope I'm not being dense here, but is the interest getting paid in daily? I've had 2K sitting in both of my current plus accounts since the 4th and no interest so far. I've set up paperless statement opinion and it's all good to go!
EDIT:- Internet banking all fully activated too and have received by debt cards...do I have to active my DC too (just filed them away as I only plan to use this account as savings)0 -

Thanks SG27
It's paid on the first of the month so the people who got money in their accounts on the 30th got 1 days interest paid on 1st of April0 -

I don't know about the different types of cards, but an alternative suggestion if you do have an offline card: stick the TSB card in your wallet for situations where you know you need an offline card.
I have a First Direct debit card in the back of my wallet for such situations, because I know that it'll work where online cards don't.0
