You don't need a form with TSB just go into the branch and they do it on the computer.
Oh right. Why can't they just provide a tickbox on the internet banking interface then if they don't require proof? The Post Office does that.

Has anyone received an activation code or debit card yet?

The debit card arrived on Wednesday and I received my activation code today!

Yes. My husband and I both received our debit cards yesterday and activation codes today. Just waiting on PIN numbers. Very good service so far.

Just activated my accounts today. Only 1 of the 2 accounts was ticked for online statements so had to tick the other and update that, else I could imagine only 1 account getting interest.

Apparently all have popped through the letter box today.

Contactless debit card, pin and activation code...
Not a bad start for TSB :)

I don't know, that would be much better. I don't know if you can phone TSB to do it, I was making an appointment to open a joint account anyhow.

They confirmed on twitter to someone earlier that you can.

Well that's slightly better than a branch visit I guess.
  • Pleasantly surprised so far - it has all been straightforward in our household - applied online for an account each last Sunday evening and both sets of debit cards, activation codes and PIN numbers have arrived already this week.

Fingers crossed that opening a second account each is equally simple :)
