I already have 3 Enhance accounts, and there was no facility online to open 2 new accounts
What happened when you tried to apply online? As you can see from my screenshot, I have 3 Enhances and 2 Pluses, and still have the option to apply for further current accounts (not that I have tried it because I don't want any more there).0 -
I opened two days ago Classic Plus, and trying today to open a second one, but it keeps asking me to register for internet banking and i cant go any further in the application, since my log in already taken:) but i dont want to register twice for internet banking.
What shall i do?0 -
How are you trying to apply? Are you logged into your internet banking, are you using the link under Compare and Apply on the right?0

i opened 1 account on monday, then today i opened another by simply going to the tsb homepage and doing another application, tsb then confirmed the account and it is now visible on the same page as my other account.0 -
question:- i have turned off paper statements for my first account but cannot see the option for my 2nd account? will they be automatically turned off?
according to the email you get there should be a link in account tools to turn paper statement on/off but i cannot see it, can anyone else see this?0 -
I applied on Sunday when you could only apply not logged into your account. I had to use a new user id from my Classic Enhance accounts and now have 3 Enhance under one user id and 2 Classic Plus under another user id. I have received my 2 new debit cards and my activation code but can't set up any payees for 3 days ( I presume working days) as I had to add telephone numbers and it takes 3 days before the system acknowledges you have provided a telephone number.
After reading some of the experiences of other posters I'm not going to contact them as they would probably close the 2 Classic Plus and tell me to apply again logged in."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0 -

Of course you could always ring and ask them if you want your answer sooner...and post back here what they say.0
