I am not certain of this but I don't think Plus is an upgrade to Classic in the same way Enhance was, I believe it's a standalone new account not linked to Classic. Maybe give them a bell?

I'm not a previous TSB customer, so I was expecting having to wait for things in the post, but you provide details (username and password) during application and you can log in straight away. For new customers all you need to do is provide an additional memorable word when you log in (letters and numbers), and at the next page select paperless statements.

I can also confirm this is working. Got a confirmation email showing the correct account features and I can see my new Classic Plus account online.

I opened my second one by clearing my cookies and re-visiting your link. Both seem to have opened up fine.

I can confirm this works. Didn't clear cookies myself and still was fine.

And cheers. My concerns were opening a second and cocking up the online banking registration bit, so both accounts weren't available from one portal. But login details were not requested on the second application and both accounts are now visible online.

After what happened with FlexDirects last year, is anyone going to dare for a third?
