I just love that, when asked about the song, he said "It's a palimpsest".
There's not enough palimpsests in pop music these days.

You can always freecycle the extra plants - that way you get to work out the gardeners on your Freecycle group, they might have something you can use and you might even get an invite to have a look at their plot
Once on my group their was a Yorkshire man who had sadly left his rhubarb behind when he moved to Cheshire so he asked on freecycle if anyone had a spare piece so he could grow a new clump and we helped him out.
I also free cycled my rampant raspberry canes that were running amuck0 -

Edited to say sorry posts overlapped ignore my comment I have just read your feelings on fleabay maybe still consider freecycle though.
I could have done (stuffs gone tip now) and I did try too offload some stuff via Facebook but nobody was interested. I think there's only so much I can try and I only have so much spare time.
My loft is also already full of those 'put away until I can find a good home' items. This is why I really need to pull my finger out and deal with the stuff that's headed towards the tip. I just find it really hard sometimesHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

I have got the free eBay weekend which includes buy it now this time - so I have listed a few items with BIN and used the Make Offer (or whatever it is called!) option so people can make offers for less. In the past this has always got near my asking price (or rather, what I am happy to accept as I set the price higher to allow negotiations
) and not the gamble of the auction format where I would be annoyed with it going too cheap if it went wrong!
eBay and PayPal (same company!) have it sown up with the fees - they are the real winners on every auction! But you have few alternatives as people go there to shop and it is reasonably safe.

maybe it's hard 'cause you're nice. Toughen up and chuck. I know it's a sad waste, but others can do, so can you. I not trying to sell ebay, love it and hate it.0 -
