DS1 is bringing DGD1+2 here this morning. I made a batch of buns. To quote Valli, they were "meh" so I have thrown them in the bin. Fortunately I had 5 slices of bara brith in the freezer!

DH is plodding on with the utility :A

I am off to pot up [STRIKE]72[/STRIKE] 71 mini plug plants (perennials) which might grow big enough to flower in a couple of years' time

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Just popping in with an update on Amycat for those that have been following the saga..lol

At 4.30pm on Thursday 13th she was put to sleep. We decided it was kinder to her as she wasn't responding any more to the steroid and she wasn't happy. She went out fighting though - she wasn't going quietly. Needed two loads of stuff as she fought against the first lot. She had a good life for her 17 years and was truly loved till the end. Anyway she is now running free with her brother Ollie and my mum.

Thank you everyone for your kind words on facebook, for those on FB. They are truly appreciated. Now we have the kittens who are making up for everything now..

Natty big hugs sweetie, give yourself time to adjust, I still miss Royal Paws very much but not quite so acutely.

Hot water tank has sprung a leak so plumber is here trying to patch it up for the minute. Think I'll cut the grass whilst he does it.

    wow

    blowy was an understatement

I have used multiple pegs to anchor the washing to the line.

I need to do the litter tray but I am taking DD to jui jitsu shortly and I dare not leave it out to dry.

I'm just dosing myself up with 'slowing down' tablets AF is making her presence felt.

Natty so sorry to hear about Amycat, as hard as it is you did the right thing x

I have dyed my hair using a mousse which I was lead to believe would be less mess, it wasn't but it might just be me. Once OH has had a bath I need to scrub the bathroom and I might do HHI but I will see how I feel. Take away for tea once my niece and nephew arrive :)
