Where are you getting this new thing to download? This is the 1st I have heard of it and have not received anything asking me to install owt.

Got an email from them saying needed to download their new software. I guess maybe they're staggering it to prevent the help desk being overrun with problems. 😅

Well finally installed the new software - having had 3 emails from them followed by a snail mail letter thought I'd really better - and just to let others know, it went smoothly and no problems transmitting today😊

Well done. I phoned them on Monday after still another email and no joy. They said to not worry as quite a few people are having problems with the software and to carry on with old software for now . I am on an old laptop with windows 10. Not about to buy a new one just for shop and scan.

Is anyone else still getting the pestering emails about new software. I have sent a message saying I am getting fed up of this. I have tried and I can't access new method

With me, they moved on from emails and started sending letters - in A4 size envelope, thought what on earth is this - before I managed to install it 🤨

How did you get installed. Mine installs no problem but can't get into it after that

It installed ok with a new desktop short-cut - did it not produce a short-cut ? or did the short-cut not work ?

No shortcut. Looked in programs too. When I spoke to them they agreed there had been problems. My laptop is fairly old windows 10 so it could be that as the problem
