I'm glad they finally sorted out the out of date app. It wouldn't work on my new Windows 11 so I had to use my husband's laptop. Finally it's working on my pc.

Got the email today telling me I had missed out on the Till receipt submission and had another 24 hours to do the clicker. Hope I get all the points as they told you to wait till Monday anyway. I assume the emails sent are just automatically sent regardless.

No 500 points for the till receipt submission. Wished I had done it earlier in the week now.

Luckily I transmitted last Thursday, but surely as it was their actions closing the site for maintenance, they should honour till receipt points as well. Might be worth contacting them about this, not sure if they would do anything, as I have found their customer service now is diabolical, every time I complete any surveys' they send, I have to chase the points. Latest one I did in May, I have contacted them 3 times to get the points, but still waiting!

And at the moment they are having issues with the help desk currently unavailable. If it had the other way round they would be pestering to find out why you haven’t transmitted!
