I rang them and they said just to keep using old app. She didn't know when it would be switched off.
She did not agree to £20 credit to cover new 2nd hand lappy.
So not sure if that helps anyone else and will plod on with it for now.

No problems transmitting but the software did keep loading every time I started my computer so I had to disable it in the startup menu.

Is anyone else having problems accessing questionnaires from the Shop & Scan website?
I just seem to be getting error messages despite the device I use.0 -
I've been fine with surveys recently.
Not sure what's happening with this forum on shop and scan, it's like talking in an empty phonebox. One where they taken the phone away.

I have tried a few times to claim a voucher.They seem to be having problems sending the security number to my email.

Just in case anyone didn't get this email today:
'Please note that the website will be unavailable due to essential maintenance from 12 PM on Friday June 19th until Monday June 22nd.
During this time, barcode and till receipt submissions will not be possible.
To ensure that your rewards are not interrupted you will be able to transmit again on Monday June 22nd.
Weekly points will be added on Tuesday June 23rd.
