Just received this email this morning

    Thank you for your email.

We are sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused.

We would like to reassure you that the reminder emails you are receiving about switching to the new transmission system are automated notifications sent to all panel members.

Please feel free to ignore these messages for now.

As discussed, you may continue using the old transmission system until the issue with accessing the new system on your computer has been fully resolved.

We can also confirm that your issue has been referred to the relevant team, and they are currently looking into this. We will update you as soon as we have more information or a resolution.

Thank you for your patience and for making every effort to follow the instructions.

We truly appreciate it. Please be assured that your participation will not be affected while this is being resolved.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Best wishes,

    ShopandScan

Hope they get it sorted for you soon - but at least it won't effect anything as you can carry on with the old one (just grit your teeth when you start getting letters as well as emails 🤣)

Well as long as they keep awarding the points. The threat that you might not get your points isnt very fair

I had no problem downloading the new version and it added a shortcut to my desktop. The real test will be when I transmit at the end of the week!

I have now received the email but my laptop is telling me the disc is full. Very old windows laptop and my chromebook isn't allowed their software. I will call them Monday but may have to resign from panel afeter many moons. Shame as I will miss my £1.10 every Monday.

installed the new software on my ancient Windows 10 PC. It added a shortcut to it and it worked exactly like the old one. Payments received on Monday as normal.

Their program is only a small one - have you tried creating space by running Disc Cleanup, emptying the recycling bin etc. A search will give you detailed instructions or if you get stuck try the Technical Forum on this site - they're always very helpful. HTH

Many thanks. I think its basically finished now.

I've had a look on eBay and can buy a used one for £40. I will ring tomorrow and ask how long I can use the old app. I will explain the situation and if they agree to credit me with half the cost of laptop in points (£20), I will buy one. Failing that I will call it a day with them. Will report back.
