I keep doing it too, although these days I'm more likely to just go for something that is close to what I ate even if not the correct brand!

One thing I am having problems with scanning is the new style egg cartons from Aldi. They are now printing the barcode onto the cardboard carton rather than a flat label and it just won't scan for me. End up just having to use the egg barcode in the book.

Me neither! I keep getting an error message saying it won't connect. I emailed them and they sent instructions on how to set it up via Edge which took ages (I had to get my husband to help as it wasn't easy) and it still didn't work, emailed them again and they've sent me a new clicker but that one isn't working either.

When i had problems at the start of the month,i left it for a couple of days, then it worked ok.

I've ended up transmitting using an old laptop and that has worked. I was starting to get worried that if I didn't manage to transmit soon they would remove me from the panel which I really didn't want to happen.

There is no way all our laptops are at fault. It is their technology that is out of date.

They only way I can get it to work is to restart my laptop 4 or 5 times and eventually THEIR error codes stop and the transmit goes through.

Hi everyone, only just found this thread, been a long time shop and scanner! Anyone else with problems transmitting today? I'm getting a runtime error message after just one bleep. Bad enough I've got to keep an old laptop that I use PURELY for this but I have to say its getting more an more problematic... The vouchers are handy though in keeping my amazon balance topped up!
