I've recently got a new PC with Windows 11 installed.  I was able to transmit my barcodes with no problem, but in the last couple of weeks I get an error message "An error occurred when transmitting to CTWS".  I contacted them and they said it was because of my browser.  I have tried to install and reinstall so many times but still get the error message.  I now have a new clicker but this doesn't make a difference.  I can still submit them on my husband's laptop (running Windows 11).  It's so frustrating!!

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to make it work again?

I'm getting this message too. Not a new laptop though. Tried all of yesterday and today and simply won't transmit.

I've just had an invite to do the Food Survey and it says that they've made some changes to the website.

Anyone done it recently and has it actually improved ? One of the reasons I stopped doing it was the website and particularly the search function was so awful. That with the fact that it didn't seem to have stuff that I'd bought showing up.

Any feedback would be very welcome - the extra points would be great but not if it takes hours of frustrating searches  ;)

    TIA

Doing it now. No improvement tbh. Son has toast with choc spread as a dish every breakfast and it doesn't save it as favourites so have to search each time. Shopping isnt showing in cupboard either. I dread it every time but as it's worth £20 just suffering thro.

Thanks - I suspected as much. It's so infuriating that it's been like this for so long and they've made no effort to improve it.
