Looks like they back online at least with the generic email sent to all

We noticed that you did not transmit your barcodes last week. Don't miss out on your 1100 points and transmit by midnight ttonight"

Think we will get our points manually added while their systems were down. How the know what we transmitted is gonna be pot luck I feel as their system were fully down I think.

I think they will have to just award regardless as it will disgruntle a lot of people otherwise

This is all very worrying. I have got  3 days left to do on my food diary and its making me think...."Am I wasting my time?"

I will be gutted if it doesnt return as its my biggest on line earner.

Ouch food diary is bad enough you definitely need the points

I'm another who has received the "You didn't transmit" email when I've done it (and uploaded receipts) as usual on the past two Fridays.

Ooooh, just had email notification for the first week's missing points (1,100 for barcodes & 500 for receipt) and they are showing on my rewards account!

I've only had the 'You didn't transmit' email 🤬and like everyone else, I know d**n well that I did !

My points have just started trickling through into email. Not fully what Im owed yet but looks promising.

I have this week's points but not last week's. Good to know that it's sorting itself out

Same here. Just not had food on the go. Can't be bothered chasing them for 25p. They should be awarding everyone bonus points by way of goodwill.
