    We had internet outage and I was trying to upload clicker yesterday via hotspot on mobile phone and stressing I might not be able to do it. Wonder what the problem is

    I don't understand why the message says they will award points as usual when they are clearly NOT.

    Gosh I hope not as I have allsorts of stuff connected with Kantar.

    Called them yesterday, the guy said he's been told they will hopefully resolve the issue early this week and out points should be added by the end of the week. Will wait and see what happens. P.s. for anyone waiting an email response don't hold your breath. I've emailed them twice last week not a single response.

    Thanks at least they are still there. Don't want to panic about lost points

    Just had two emails telling me that I haven't sent any trips to them for over 7 days! Now worried that the uploads I did haven't been recorded!

    I used the "contact us" form and had the message "Helpdesk Unavailable
    Unfortunately, we experience technical difficulties, and our Main Helpdesk is still closed until further notice. We want to assure you that all your reward points will be paid when the issue is fixed. If you experience any issues, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

    Me too. I had internet problems on Sunday and had to upload via mobile hotspot. But I checked and it said it had been recorded. It's a bloody mess

    I've just had an email saying that I didn't transmit last week - I did.

    It sounds like they're in a huge mess!

    Me too!  I specifically remember it saying I had transmitted 81 barcodes.  I anit doing it again till Sunday.
