Called them yesterday, the guy said he's been told they will hopefully resolve the issue early this week and out points should be added by the end of the week. Will wait and see what happens. P.s. for anyone waiting an email response don't hold your breath. I've emailed them twice last week not a single response.3

Just had two emails telling me that I haven't sent any trips to them for over 7 days! Now worried that the uploads I did haven't been recorded!
I used the "contact us" form and had the message "Helpdesk Unavailable
Unfortunately, we experience technical difficulties, and our Main Helpdesk is still closed until further notice. We want to assure you that all your reward points will be paid when the issue is fixed. If you experience any issues, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. I've just had an email saying that I didn't transmit last week - I did.

Me too! I specifically remember it saying I had transmitted 81 barcodes. I anit doing it again till Sunday.0
