Me neither, but I did see that the Helpdesk was closed for maintenance earlier in the week, so I'm guessing it might be because of that?

I've not had mine for this week either, this message is up on the login page:

'Due to a technical difficulty, our Main Helpdesk will be closed until Monday 14th October. We want to assure you that your reward points will continue to be paid as usual. If you didn't receive your points, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as the issue is resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.'  

Have just filled in the contact form on their website to email them my details.

Same for me. But see the message I sent through their contact me got sent back as undeliverable. So guess their technical issues applies to that as well!

Oh dear! I've written myself reminder notes to chase them. I've just uploaded this week's shopping trip and it seems to have gone through as usual so fingers crossed they have the information.

Im in the middle of my food diary and had no points for what I have submitted so far. Hoping they will all be updated at some point especially as I find the food diary so tedious!

Has anyone had any points yet? I totally forgot to upload my shopping yesterday which I usually do religiously on a Sunday morning.. Not even had the usual email reminding me that I didnt submit anything.

Still waiting for mine here - my latest points were received on 30 September.

They've got a notice up on their website today saying that they're still not up & running today.

I'm missing two week's worth of shopping and receipt uploads so far. Glad I finished the food driary and was credited for that before this breakdown. Annoying though as I need less than 2,000 points to cash out a £20 voucher.
